Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe for Exchanges: All exchanges must be made within 7 days upon successful delivery of your order.

2. Condition of Items: For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must be in its original condition. This means the item should be unused, unworn, and in the condition it was received.

3. Advance Notification: Before sending any items for exchange, please inform us in advance so we can anticipate its arrival and expedite the exchange process for you. Do note that the return shipping for the item will be at your own cost.

4. Return Process: When sending items for exchange, ensure they are securely packaged. Kindly send your returned item(s) to the following address:

5. First-Time Exchange Delivery: As a gesture of goodwill, we will cover the delivery charges for the exchanged item on your first exchange, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
